New team members, more offices and a whole lot of projects to help customers harness the power of Cherwell and transform their businesses – 2018 has been an exciting year for StreamLine Partners.
As another financial year has drawn to a close, we wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect on our achievements and continued growth throughout the first half of year.
What We’ve Achieved
We are proud to announce the development of a StreamLine specific Cherwell IP which has enabled us to provide even more value to our customers. StreamLine Partners designed the Multi-Tenancy mApp with Managed Service Providers (MSP) in mind. Managing multiple customers and their users in the one system can be challenging. The purpose of this mApp is to give our customers the foundation for a Multi-tenanted Cherwell Service Management (CSM) system.
We’ve also welcomed four new consultants to our team over the past six months. We now have consultants permanently based in Melbourne, Perth and the Gold Coast. We’ve also opened offices in Perth and Melbourne to provide extra support to our customers nationally.
Creating True Partnerships
Our customer growth rate has continued to exceed our consultant capacity by 150%, which is a testament to our commitment to forming true business partnerships with our customers. Our customers value our ability to traverse business process and technology design and implementation, and our mantra of ‘making I.T easier’ is behind all that we do.
We’re busy preparing for the national release of our Cherwell Multi-Tenancy mApp and excited to offer this unique product to our customers.
Over the next six months we’ll be looking to open a Sydney office as we continue to improve our reach nationally. We will also be increasing our capacity for both ScienceLogic and Cherwell consulting throughout Australia as customer demand continues to grow.
